If you wanna get real min/ max’y then technically Endurance /Luck is the best combo for Max HP and easy maxing of stats, but it doesn’t help a Battlemage much at the start of the game. If I were to tweak it, I’d remove Alchemy Blunt and Mysticism as Majors (not to say that you couldn’t use these skills, I just wouldn’t have them as Majors), and instead take Block, Heavy Armour and Restoration.
